Proposed DBE Participation Goal (FY2025-2027) - PUBLIC NOTICE
Clinton County hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 15.3% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years2025 through 2027. A virtual meeting will be held on July 30, 2024 at 10:30a.m. for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:

The current EAS contract with Contour Airlines is up for renewal and ends on September 30, 2024.
Proposals can be reviewed at www.regulations.gov by entering the community’s docket number (DOT-OST-2003-14783) in the “Search” field.
Public Comments are due to US DOT by Friday, July 12th, 2024 and can be addressed to Mr. Michael Martin, United States Department of Transportation, Essential Air Service (EAS) Program & Small Community Air Service Development (SCASD) Program (Michael.F.Martin@dot.gov).
